components linked to the
development of the tourism
and resort component as
follows:
Stage
1: Configuration
of the Master Plan and
development plan of 2/3rds
of the Tourism plots,
comprising 1340 residential
tourism units to be run by
Hospitality Operators
(architecture, technical
briefs, & interior
design briefs, project
management briefs, phasing
and execution.
Stage
2: Establishment
and definition of the legal
framework that would allow
to individuals to buy units
with independent title deeds
(thus enabling mortgaging
the property) and its
allocation under hospitality
operation.
Stage
3: Marketing of
the projects and signature
of 8 Management contracts
with main Hospitality groups
both foreign (Rezidor,
Golden Tulip, Best Western,
World Hotels) and domestic
(Hivernage, Kenzi Hotels,
Crystal).
