Furthermore, she has been utilising her business background to assist our clients in achieving financial sustainability by way of strategic business planning, public-private partnerships, and market linkages.
Director of Hotel Operations
Patrick is an experienced, multi-skilled hospitality executive with exceptional knowledge of hotel operations and asset management. He has a strong track-record in implementing strategies which drive operational performance and shareholder returns. Patrick has thorough operational background, having held positions from General Manager, Operations Director for Hilton, Radisson and Accor Hotels.

Barbara has seventeen years of experience in Tourism and was responsible for marketing and promoting several destinations. She is highly networked and passionate about Africa and her experience extends across both public and private sectors. Barbara is an inspiring public speaker and visionary Marketer with Brand, Campaign, PR, Travel and Destination Marketing experience proven with numerous awards.
Founder & CEO
As Founder and CEO of United Consulting, Mr. Tavares oversees the strategic direction of the company. He has extensive experience in tourism and hotel consulting, having carried out a variety of assignments while working with UC and on his previous roles with tourism specialists of PGI management and with hotel specialists of HCI. Mr. Tavares has consulted all over the world including, Europe, Africa and Latin American.
